On Friday, June 12, 2026, starting at 8:30 PM, the beautiful setting of Cindro Mansion will host an evening of Chakavian poetry entitled “Ča pod Perun”.
This traditional event brings together lovers of the Chakavian dialect and cultural heritage, celebrating the richness of local language, customs, and literary expression. Visitors can look forward to an evening filled with poetry, emotion, and an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.
The event is organized by the Municipality of Podstrana, the Podstrana Tourist Board, and the Podstrana Branch of Matica Hrvatska.
